We want your order to arrive safely and without surprises. Here's exactly how it works.

Where we ship We ship worldwide — wherever you and your pet are, we'll get your order to you.

Delivery times Orders are dispatched within [1–2 business days]. Once on their way, most parcels arrive within [10–20 business days], depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping cost Free worldwide shipping on every order — the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout.

Customs & duties For international orders, any customs fees or import duties charged by your country are outside our control and are the customer's responsibility. These are rare for orders of this size, but worth knowing.

Tracking your order As soon as your parcel is dispatched we'll email you a tracking number. If it's been more than [20 business days] and your order hasn't arrived, please get in touch — we'll chase it up for you straight away.

A note on timing Because each item is carefully sourced and quality-checked, the occasional order can take a little longer during busy periods. We'd always rather be honest about timing than over-promise. If anything's delayed, we'll keep you posted.
