One clear, front-on photo per pet in good light works best — a straight-on face shot. You can upload more than one and we’ll choose the clearest, or ask you if we need a better one.

What if it doesn’t look right?

After you order, we send a proof of your art within 1–2 days (or within 24 hours with priority proofing) and revise it free — as many times as it takes — until you love it.

How long does it take to arrive?
